[App Name] is an RSS reader for iOS, made by Made by Ström. It is designed so that your reading stays on your device. We do not run accounts, we do not operate analytics, and we have no server that receives your data.
What the app stores
Your subscriptions, articles, read state, and reading preferences are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, this data may sync between your devices through your personal iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We cannot access it.
Network requests the app makes
- Feeds you subscribe to. The app fetches RSS/Atom feeds directly from each publisher's server. Those publishers can see the requests (your IP address and a user agent identifying the app), as with any feed reader or browser.
- Wikipedia. Some features fetch content from the Wikimedia API. These requests go directly from your device to Wikimedia's servers and are subject to the Wikimedia privacy policy.
Article recommendations are computed entirely on your device. No reading history or article content is sent to us or to any third party for this purpose.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, sell, or share personal data. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
If you email us
If you contact us at the address below, we will have your email address and whatever you send us. We use it only to reply, and we do not add it to any list.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
